Joseline Hernandez Hits Back at Stevie J. After He Asks Court to Jail Her in Their Child Custody Battle

It seems the ongoing legal battle between former “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” couple Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J. won’t be ending anytime soon.

The self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” fired back at her ex-fiancé in court this week after he reportedly tried to get her thrown into jail for allegedly violating their 2018 custody agreement. The former “Bad Boy Entertainment” producer claimed Hernandez refused to let him see their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella Hernandez after traveling from his home in Atlanta to Miami, where Joseline resides, to visit the toddler. He’s reportedly filed documents in Atlanta asking the judge to find Joseline in contempt of court.

Hernandez is rebutting all of Stevie J.’s allegations. according to recent court documents obtained by the Blast. She claimed the producer was included in important decision-making regarding their child’s education, health care, and more and claims she did not deny him from visiting her. She’s asking the judge to throw out Stevie J.’s case, deny his attempt to have her placed behind bars and says she did not violate their custody agreement.

Last month, Stevie, now the husband of R&B singer Faith Evans, reportedly requested full custody of baby Bonnie, claiming Hernandez was purposely keeping him from seeing their daughter. He filed court documents saying Joseline committed “parental alienation” after she moved to Miami. He also claimed she broke their original parental agreement settled in April 2018, by prohibiting “regular visitation and parenting time” during the five times he traveled to Florida to visit his daughter. He’s not only requesting Joseline be thrown in jail, but he’s also asking for five make-up visitation dates.

Stevie also claimed he feared for baby Bonnie’s well being and requested the judge to appoint a “guardian ad litem,” a person appointed by officials who has the best interests of a child. The reason why he fears for his daughter’s safety is unknown, but he’s demanding Hernandez pay him child support if he gets awarded primary custody, Bossip reported.

Social media has had a mass of reactions to the pair’s ongoing custody battle.

“I hope Stevie gets the rights he deserve to his daughter because it Obviosly Joseline is unfit to raise this child she always look a hot mess..I hope the judge throw her in jail for not following court order of visitations with her dad!!🤷.”

“Beautiful Love Child she is… Prayers lifted up for you & your lil princess Bonnie Bella Jordan… 🙏🏼🌟💟 if anything Stevie deserves jail time!”

“How dare Stevie try to take her away from you! Your the only parent she knows smh f–ked up.”

“I think jail is over dramatic but i do think Joseline should let Stevie see their daughter.”
