A$AP Rocky and his co-defendants are free to leave Sweden after a four-judge panel’s ruling in a Stockholm courtroom.

The decision came down Friday, almost a month to the day after Rocky was arrested in the European country for having a fight with two men.

He, as well as his co-defendants , Bladimir Emilio Corniel and David Tyrone Rispers, were charged with assault, and the trial, which began Tuesday, wrapped up on Friday.

TMZ reports Rocky and the two others are allowed to be free until the verdict is read on August 14. This comes after Swedish prosecutors suggested six months of prison time for the rapper if he’s found guilty and said he should be jailed until the verdict is read due to being a flight risk.

But the four-panel judge obviously disagreed, and people in the courtroom reportedly cheered when the decision was read. Rocky and his co-defendants have been locked in a Swedish jail cell since early July.

During the four-day trial, prosecutors alleged the Harlem rapper used a bottle in the fight, which they say is consistent with injuries the alleged victim received. They admitted that based on a video, Rocky was justified to use force, but he went overboard.

And the 30-year-old said although he picked up a bottle in the fight, he never used it. There were also two eyewitnesses who said they didn’t see the “Purple Swag” performer use a bottle at all.

Donald Trump, who said he’s been trying to help Rocky and blasted Sweden’s Prime Minister when he was charged, tweeted about the judges’ decision on Friday.

“A$AP Rocky released from prison and on his way home to the United States from Sweden,” he tweeted. “It was a Rocky Week, get home ASAP A$AP.”

Many, however, said Trump’s involvement in the rapper’s case is merely his attempt to pander to black folks, who should be reminded of all the other things he’s said which were considered racist.

A little after news of Rocky’s release surfaced, the rapper sent a message on Instagram.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of my fans, friends and anyone across the globe who supported me during these last few weeks,” he wrote Friday. “I can’t begin to describe how grateful I am for all of you. This has been a very difficult and humbling experience. I want to thank the court for allowing me, Blad and Thoto to return to our family and friends. Thanks again.”

“Welcome home homie,” someone commented on his page.

“I love you,” wrote another person. “I’m so happy you’re back. Lord Flacko season is here baby.”
